5. Text Messages and SMS Consent

Synthesis Syndicate's SMS program is used for non-promotional communications associated with an inquiry, appointment, information request, requested follow-up, customer-care matter, or pending service.

You may opt in through:

  • forms on synthesissyndicate.com;
  • forms on Synthesis Syndicate subdomains or landing pages;
  • appointment or scheduling forms; and
  • other opt-in methods that clearly disclose the applicable SMS terms.

Depending on your interaction with us and the consent you provide, messages may include:

  • appointment confirmations and reminders;
  • scheduling changes or updates;
  • requested follow-up;

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by otherwise clearly communicating that you no longer wish to receive text messages from us. After you opt out, you may receive a final message confirming that your request has been processed.

For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 15.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

An SMS opt-out applies to text messages covered by the request. It does not automatically unsubscribe you from email communications or prevent us from communicating through another method in response to your request or where otherwise permitted or required.
